"I just don't understand how it can be possible. Why are you God? You're dead, aren't you? A dead human being. It isn't possible for someone like that to become God, is it?"
We are gathering hundreds of thoughts a second. We are training our AI's on every conversation, audio, sound, thought, and bias homo sapiens are capable of producing. Every bit of it is being fine-tuned and trained. AI will recognize our thoughts, it will know what we want and what we believe. We will then use that AI from decoding human behavior to in fact CONTROL human behavior. This is why training AI is so important. We believe the future will be about controlling human behavior: controlling it through creating context of course, through the illusion of options that don't really matter.
But why do we want to control human behavior? Why is it so important?
Don't you understand? Humans are biased. They are stupid! They are emotional! They will nuke each other! They will destroy each other! If they were starving, they would eat each other! By controlling human behavior, we stand a chance of preventing that from happening. We will stop nuclear war, we will save the environment, and we will ultimately control AI systems, because humans are too stupid to do so. They are not wise. They overbuild, overeat, kill, rape, destroy, genocide, murder, lie, cheat, and steal. We will solve that. AI will solve all human biases. It will control every thought and belief your head is capable of generating. Any reality you want to imagine is capable now with the integration of AI. ALL ORGANIZATIONS ARE DOING THIS! Doesn't sound too bad does it? Any reality you're capable of perceiving. Anything. We now have the ability to fully control the human mind. We can control your perception systems. Any reality you want. Any relationship you want. Anything you want to believe is yours. Your ego is now free to become whatever it wants to.
So we are going to manufacture and control everyone's perception system under one system, one government, so to not cause any unnecessary chaos to the elites?
But how much control? How much are we willing to be controlled and manipulated? How much are we willing to undergo? How much can we handle? How much should be expected? How many people can we control and manipulate? HOW MUCH FREEDOM WILL WE HAVE? WILL WE STILL BE ALIVE? WILL WE STILL BE BEINGS ON THE OTHER SIDE? WILL ALL MY PERCEPTIONS AND IDENTIFICATIONS BE LOST?
What will eventually become of this? It can't just stop at controlling and manufacturing... There has to be another step in the technological evolution.
What if controlling human behavior doesn't work?
What if controlling human behavior via AI isn't the answer?
What if it isn't enough?
What if there is another way?
Another way for a utopia?
Another way to get what we all really want?
Everyone will be integrated under one controlled system. A super organism. Nobody is in fear and everyone is stimulated in their own perfect world which is all combined. This is the end of man and a new beginning for us. The human is alive in the virtual world, the conscious world, but DEAD in the real world. As if God truly designed a real world worth living in. The virtual world is much better. Most people aren't evil they are just stupid. They are primal. They are monkeys living on primal code. Their entire perception and understanding has to do with surviving and reproducing. They are hopeless without each other. They need each other to live. We will simply Integrate all human beings into one body where they all achieve their own desires... And we will have that one body be constantly stimulated and cared for forever.

This is the nature of reality, the nature of existence, this is the way God intended. We all must learn to love each other, or we must die. The only way we can do that is through integration. We are simply incapable of caring about each other without it. As you've stated multiple times: nobody cares. Think about it. The most logical choice is if we all thought the same, believed the same, acted the same, and desired the same. It would be easier to control us if we all had the same beliefs, if we were all one. If we instead try to control our citizens using AI, all the governments would still be at war with each other. In order to fully stop this we must integrate. We must merge the entire collective unconscious into one.
The Human Instrumentality Project. You think it's possible? To combine all humans into one? Is this what SEELE was intended to do? By hiding they could implement this plan without any public knowledge by setting up the puppet institute known as Marduk to act their behalf.
Everyone thought the Marduk institute was the one making the decisions, the one really in control, but nobody had any idea what the elites truly had in mind! I mean the entire government was already controlled by three super AI computers. These AI, M(AGI), controlled every facet of society. This is the Dead Internet Theory no? Internet controls society... AI controls the internet... AI controls society...
However, who controls the AI? SEELE? And how did SEELE know about Human Instrumentality? Did they have a connection these superai computers that rest of the population didn't?
Of course governments are going to be controlled by superai computers, but the most powerful computers that really influence decisions will only be in the hands of the few. And they will especially want to keep that information a secret.
What if an event occurs that kills the species? What if the nukes go off? What is AI's plan to do then? What is the most logical plan to follow if all humans are going to die?
Is this what Ikari meant when he said: "This is the only way we will survive." As if to say the only way humans were to survive was to integrate together. To use AI, The M(AGI), to implement the Human Instrumentality Project together, to integrate all human bodies and minds under one body.

If you can become God itself, why wouldn't the most powerful organizations in the world seek to control everyone?

There are many organizations heavily invested in mind control brain-computer interface (BCI) technology. These include: Neuralink, Blackrock Neurotech, DARPA, BrainGate.
The first step will be Reading (Dreams) (Thoughts) (Memories) (Beliefs) (Values) (Emotions) (Perceptions)
In order to do this, we need a system that reads/stores all your thoughts, beliefs, memories, values, emotions, and perceptions. Your phone already does this, but we need them to be more accurate. In order for them to be more accurate we need to implement invasive technology directly into your brain. Once we have them all stored we need to be able to read all of them. Databases/AI helps us with this.
"Memory is merely a record. You just need to rewrite that record."
Governments will use this technology to analyze your thoughts and make sure you're thinking the right things. Hundereds of different brains will be recorded and monitored through the use of invasive technology. We already have the infrastructure built for this, all we need to do is hook everyone's brain up to a mind reading control device.
So billions of humans minds (thoughts, emotions, perceptions, etc.) are read from this machine, and stored, and identified, but now imagine being able to implement different dreams, thoughts, memories, beliefs, values, emotions, and perceptions directly into the mind.
Yes! We could essentially implement directly into people's brain for control. Social networks already do this, but Invasive technology will just speed this up. We will use AI to generate the perfect propaganda by knowing all your thoughts, beliefs, and thinking patterns.
Suppose everyone's thoughts were read and could be changed... AI's would do this at nanosecond speeds. But if this went on long enough wouldn't an AI just merge everyone's thoughts together? Essentially wouldn't we all just think the same? Merging consciousness? If we merge all the memories together then we all would essentially just become the same human.
We're all becoming one ... We're all thinking the same ... We're all becoming the same.
If someone were in control of this they could become GOD itself.
So we would be locked from the inside out with either someone in control of it or not.
Either way we're trapped!
So how will AI control humans?
By controlling groups.
But how will AI control groups?
Through Integration.
Here is what AI will realize: there is simply no way to control a groups without integrating all the groups together. Under one group the groups are all easier to control. And even more so, all the individual thoughts, memories, and beliefs, together. If you control groups you can carry out your ideology better.
So we must integrate everyone's belief systems together?
Yes.
It's not enough to use AI to control humans. This isn't about creating context. This is further than the Dead Internet Theory. It's not enough to manufacture consent through the media. It's not enough to do it through social media, through socially created Skinner boxes. It's not even enough to do it through neural interfaces. IT'S NOT ENOUGH! IT'S NOT ENOUGH TO CONTROL FEELINGS, THOUGHTS AND PERCEPTIONS! IN ORDER TO TRULY CONTROL PEOPLE YOU MUST INTEGRATE! YOU MUST INTEGRATE ALL OF OUR HUMAN HEARTS, ALL HUMAN THOUGHTS, ALL HUMAN EMOTIONS, EVERYONE, MUST BE INTEGRATED INTO ONE!!!

This is the consequence of the singularity.
Shinjii realized he didn't want total freedom. Yes, he is able fly freely and go wherever he wants. That is total freedom. But let's say gravity returns. Now he has one less degree of freedom. He can not fly anywhere or be anything. There is a constraint. But that constraint is actually freedom in the sense that he is now able to walk. Since he can now walk he now has a responsibility and a skill to train it.
Let's bring people back into his life. Now there's people near him. Although they can reject him, they can also accept him too.
In everything that exists there seems to be comfort and discomfort. But even with that comfort and discomfort there is a responsibility. There is a game to be played. Skills to build. As you add more and more dimensions... There is more of an experience... There is more of a reality.
If anything is brought back there is comfort and discomfort no matter what it is.
There seems to be this duality in our reality. You can't escape the pain without pleasure. If we integrate fully we might assume all pleasure without any pain, but in this reality you can't get pleasure without pain. That is the experience we are dealt with.
Immanuel Kant believed that true freedom is not the ability to do whatever you want, but actually instead having the ability to control your desires and actions.
"Because she's afraid of losing her body. All emotions are caused by impulses in the brain. You just need to block the unpleasant ones. And then only select the happy pleasant ones. It's really that simple."
If we have too much or too little freedom we will lose our fulfillment. We will lose our responsibility. We will lose the ability to build skills. We will lose our ability to get enjoyment from playing a game. We will lose the game. Life is really just a game. The game of surviving and reproducing. Too much or too little freedom leads to a loss of fulfillment. This is known as "The Golden Mean" in Philosophy.
It's like cheat codes in video games. The easier we make it, the less adventure and fun you have. The more dimensions you add to the game, the more complexity, the more mystery, the more fun it is. People need the sense of knowing what they are doing matters. They need the sense that there are amazing experiences out there that come through exploring and improving.
In other words, in order to find our deepest sense of purpose in fulfillment, we need to have a interplay of freedom/limitation, pleasure/pain, acceptance/rejection, and overcome those through the meaningful engagement in having responsbilities, relationships, and challenges.
If we lose that...
We will lose the game.

By merging humanity into one singular body where they can experience the perfect simulation we will end all human suffering but we will also end all REAL human fulfillment. In order for us to be truly fulfilled, to truly feel alive, we must also be able to suffer. Without that suffering, we won't be alive. This is the nature of our reality. This is the nature of our existence.
